In 1946, two years after the conclusion of the war in Japan, a young orphan named Wayne finds employment at Club Primavera in District 23. This establishment serves as the central headquarters for a powerful brothel alliance locked in a fierce struggle for dominance against both foreign military forces and organized crime syndicates. Wayne’s new life, however, is quickly overshadowed by a wave of brutal murders that sweep through the district, spreading terror and fury among its residents. As panic grips the community, suspicion falls on an unthinkable prime suspect: Jack, a fellow orphan whom Wayne considers his own brother. Caught between unwavering loyalty and creeping doubt, Wayne is thrust into a desperate search for the truth behind the killings. He must unravel the mystery surrounding the boy he loves like family, facing a harrowing question with no easy answer. Is Jack truly the ruthless killer responsible for the bloodshed, or is he merely another tragic victim caught in the crossfire of District 23’s violent power struggles?
