Akira Failing in Love

After leaving the city behind, Akira returns to her quiet rural hometown to begin her high school education. However, her academic ambitions take a back seat to a much more personal goal: she has devised a careful plan to finally win the affection of her childhood crush. Armed with determination and romantic resolve, she is ready to make her feelings known and turn years of admiration into a genuine relationship. Yet, beneath her confident exterior lies a surprisingly oblivious heart. What Akira fails to realize is that her beloved classmate harbors the exact same feelings for her. He is already entirely captivated, making every elaborate scheme she devises completely unnecessary. Instead of a straightforward romance, their dynamic devolves into an endearing comedy of errors. Both teenagers are hopelessly foolish when it comes to matters of the heart, trapped in a cycle of mutual pining simply because Akira is far too dense to notice that he has been falling for her all along.
