Fray

In a world besieged by demons, humanity’s only defense lies with knights who have been blessed with divine miracles. These chosen warriors stand as the sole barrier against demonic tyranny, wielding extraordinary powers to protect the innocent. When all hope seems lost, a man named Magpie is thrust into this desperate conflict after receiving a miracle of his own—a singular, devastating flame capable of slaying demons where ordinary weapons fail. Yet this extraordinary gift carries a horrifying price. The very fire that grants Magpie the power to destroy monsters slowly corrupts its wielder, threatening to transform him into the exact evil he fights. As the inferno burns within him, it awakens an insatiable thirst for ashes, blurring the line between savior and monster. To survive without losing his humanity, Magpie must constantly feed the blaze before it consumes him entirely. He is left with a grim ultimatum: keep fueling the fire, or be reduced to nothing but a handful of ash himself.
