The Monster & The Ghost

Tsubaki Koton is widely regarded as a monster. Known for his violent behavior and a deeply unsettling past, he carries a terrifying reputation that keeps everyone at a distance. Even after transferring to a new high school, not a single student dares to approach him. Whenever Tsubaki attempts an act of selfless intervention, it inevitably ends in violence, fueling wild rumors that only further isolate him from the world around him. Everything changes one night when a mysterious stranger follows him home, determined to alter the course of his life forever. This unexpected visitor is Kabuto Yuuki, a stubborn and hauntingly beautiful boy with a remarkably pure heart. Possessing striking, jewel-like eyes, Kabuto effortlessly looks beyond Tsubaki’s intimidating facade to recognize the person hiding beneath it. For the first time, someone finally sees Tsubaki for who he truly is. However, this newfound connection comes with an impossible reality: while Kabuto can see Tsubaki clearly, no one else can see Kabuto at all. The boy who has finally reached the untouchable delinquent is, in fact, a ghost.
