Snowball Earth

In the aftermath of a devastating battle that claimed Yukio's life, Tetsuo barely escapes with his own by sealing himself inside an emergency pod. Drifting through the void in cryogenic stasis for eight long years, he finally returns to Earth, expecting to find the world as he left it. Instead, he steps out into a desolate, unrecognizable wasteland where civilization has been entirely swallowed by ice and snow. The planet has transformed into a frozen sphere—a literal snowball Earth—leaving Tetsuo as a solitary witness to an unimaginable catastrophe. Alone in this glacial ruin, Tetsuo is haunted by desperate questions. He must uncover what became of humanity and determine how the entire planet succumbed to such a catastrophic freeze. Yet, survival in this harsh new environment is only part of his burden. Before the end, Tetsuo made a final promise to Yukio, and fulfilling that vow becomes his ultimate driving force. As he navigates the silent, frozen remnants of human history, Tetsuo fights not just against the unforgiving cold, but against the fading hope that his fallen comrade's last wish can still be honored in a dead world.
