Seeking a fresh start after a painful breakup with her toxic ex-girlfriend, manga editor Asako Suga decides that relocating to a new home is the ideal remedy for her heartache. She manages to secure what appears to be the perfect rental property: it is wonderfully spacious, highly affordable, and even includes a lovely garden.
