Siblings Moi and Isaku Engyouji share an exceptional talent for bodyboarding, a passion that eventually propels Isaku across the ocean to the United States. Accompanied by his sister, Isaku moves in with an acquaintance named Rerie, instantly setting the stage for a complex web of romantic tension.
