Kodomo no Kamisama

A young boy frequently visits a local shrine, where he often encounters a mysterious girl lingering among the sacred grounds. Over time, he makes a startling discovery: she is not an ordinary child, but rather a deity whose presence can only be perceived by the eyes of children. This revelation transforms his casual visits into something far more profound, binding him to a secret world that exists just beyond the reach of adult understanding. However, this extraordinary connection comes with an inevitable and heartbreaking condition. As the boy naturally grows older, he faces the looming threat of losing his ability to see her entirely. The transition from childhood to adolescence is no longer just a simple phase of life, but a cruel barrier threatening to erase his most cherished bond. Desperate to hold onto the divine girl at the shrine, he finds himself locked in a quiet, emotional struggle against the passage of time itself, fighting desperately to remain a child so that his memories of her will never fade away.
