After three centuries of relentless conflict, the Soaring Heaven Demonic Cult finally achieved total unification under the leadership of Sama Geon. Yet, rather than reveling in his monumental victory, he harbored only a single, quiet desire: to live an ordinary life alongside his family. Leaving behind the bloodshed and ambition that defined his past, Sama Geon returned to his hometown. There, he learned the humble trade of butchery and established a modest business, hoping to leave his violent history behind forever. However, fate proved unwilling to grant him lasting peace. When a sudden illness struck his younger sister, Sama Geon was compelled to take up his blade once more. To make matters worse, the very organization he helped unite—the Soaring Heaven Demonic Cult—now looms as a direct threat to the tranquil existence he has worked so hard to build. Forced out of retirement by desperate circumstances and looming danger, Sama Geon must wield his sword again. This time, he fights not for conquest or power, but solely to protect his family and preserve the fragile serenity he holds dear.
