Tasuketa Yakuza ni Nerawaretemasu?

Koutarou Tanaka is a humble taxi driver working in the quiet countryside, where he cherishes his peaceful and entirely uneventful daily routine above all else. For him, a life free of complications is the ultimate comfort. However, that tranquility is abruptly shattered when he stumbles upon a wounded man named Hozumi Kurokawa bleeding heavily from the abdomen. Unable to ignore someone in such dire need, Koutarou steps in to save his life, unaware that this single act of kindness will irrevocably alter his quiet existence. The man he rescued is no ordinary citizen, but a dangerous yakuza. A few weeks after the incident, Hozumi reappears before Koutarou, claiming he wishes to properly repay the debt for saving his life. Yet, instead of a simple gesture of gratitude, the encounter quickly takes an unexpected and overwhelming turn. Using the pretense of returning the favor as his excuse, Hozumi physically pins the helpless taxi driver down. With a bold promise to do his utmost to entertain him, the yakuza makes it clear that Koutarou’s beloved, uneventful life has come to a sudden and permanent end.
