Trapped Beasts

This omnibus collection features compelling short manga stories exploring intricate human relationships, hidden desires, and emotional entanglements. The titular main story follows characters navigating dangerous psychological and physical traps of their own making, where societal expectations clash with raw, primal impulses. Alongside the primary narrative, the volume includes two additional interconnected or standalone tales: "Shounen to Yoru no Mahou" (The Boy and the Night Magic), which delves into a whimsical yet poignant nocturnal encounter, and "Ooya to Akishitsu no Juunin" (The Landlord and the Vacant Room Resident), focusing on the delicate dynamics between a property owner and a mysterious tenant. Together, these stories showcase delicate artwork and nuanced character writing, capturing the bittersweet complexities of modern life and personal vulnerability.
