Ryuuichi Yamadera is a thirty-five-year-old businessman whose career demands constant travel across the country. Moving from city to city on an endless rotation of business trips, he has cultivated a solitary routine to endure the monotony of his professional life. His singular source of comfort and entertainment lies in exploring regional cuisines, seeking out local restaurants to savor the unique flavors each destination has to offer. However, these culinary excursions frequently lead him into deeply complicated territory. At the various dining establishments he visits, Ryuuichi repeatedly crosses paths with married women, and what begins as a shared appreciation for good food inevitably escalates into illicit affairs. Despite being a married man himself, he willingly engages in these fleeting romantic encounters during his travels. This double life forms the central tension of the story, as Ryuuichi navigates the stark contrast between his respectable corporate facade and his reckless personal indulgences. Balancing his obligations as a husband with his compulsive appetite for both regional cuisine and forbidden romance, he continually risks unraveling his own marriage while drifting through the lives of the women he meets along the way.
