Kimi ga Suki toka Arienai

Kana has absolutely no experience with romance and finds herself too shy to even hold a conversation with a boy. Instead of navigating real-life relationships, she escapes into the pages of her favorite manga, immersing herself in fictional love stories that her friends constantly dismiss as completely unrealistic. Frustrated by their relentless cynicism and determined to prove them wrong, Kana makes a bold declaration: she is finally going to get a boyfriend and show everyone that true romance can exist outside the pages of a comic book. Her ambitious plan takes an unexpected turn when a strikingly handsome transfer student suddenly arrives at her school. The encounter leaves Kana wondering if what she is feeling could truly be love at first sight, though she quickly doubts whether someone as ordinary as her stands any chance with such a popular boy. However, the situation grows increasingly mysterious as she realizes this new classmate seems to know far more about her than he possibly should. His inexplicable familiarity raises unsettling questions, leaving Kana caught between her dream of proving her friends wrong and the confusing reality of a boy who appears to have been watching her all along.
