Queen of Ragtonia

Falna’s life was stolen by the Necromancer, a malevolent force that drains the vitality of anyone cursed to exist as a Ragtonia. As long as a person remains bound to this tragic state, the Necromancer will continue to feed upon their life energy. He took far too much from Falna, ultimately killing her. Yet death is not the end of her story. She is offered a miraculous chance at resurrection, but it comes with a heavy condition: she must abandon her existence as a Ragtonia, reclaim her identity as a Liesian, and rise up to fight the very monster who destroyed her. The devastation wrought by the Necromancer extends far beyond Falna’s personal tragedy. When he launched his assault on the country, thousands of innocent people were slaughtered outright. Thousands more survived only to have parts of their bodies stolen away, forcibly transforming them into Ragtonia to serve as an endless source of sustenance for his dark power. Now, Falna stands at the center of a desperate struggle for survival. By choosing to live again, she takes on the monumental burden of slaying the Necromancer. Only through his defeat can the curse be broken, the afflicted Ragtonia finally be released from their torment, and the nation be liberated from an era of unrelenting horror and destruction.
