Summary

Official Details
Following a period of training abroad, Link sets sail for his homeland of Hyrule, only to be caught in a violent storm that leaves him shipwrecked. He awakens on the shores of Koholint Island, where he is taken in by a kind man named Tarin and his daughter Marin, who bears a striking resemblance to Princess Zelda. Guided by a mysterious owl, Link learns that his only path home requires awakening the legendary Wind Fish. To achieve this, he must seek out and play the eight Instruments of the Sirens, each fiercely guarded by powerful bosses known as the Nightmares of the Wind Fish. Once all eight instruments are gathered, Link can perform the Ballad of the Wind Fish, unlocking passage into the giant egg resting atop the Tal Tal Mountains where the great creature slumbers. Within this surreal domain, he confronts the final Nightmare—a series of shadowy apparitions that manifest as umbral visions of foes from his past. To escape the island and return to Hyrule, Link must overcome these dark reflections and complete his extraordinary quest.
