Humanity exists beneath an endless expanse of darkness, a perpetual shadow that the world has come to simply call night. In this bleak and sunless reality, people are forced to rely on the feeble glow of their lamps to navigate a life defined by unbroken gloom. The very concept of dawn has faded from living memory, leaving behind only fragments of ancient lore about a time when the sky was not consumed by blackness. Yet, long before this eternal dark took hold, there existed its absolute opposite. Ancient accounts speak of a phenomenon far more radiant than any artificial flame—a brilliant light that once served as humanity’s greatest beacon of hope. This lost radiance, known in forgotten legends as morning, represented a promise of warmth and renewal that has since been swallowed by the ages. Now, the remnants of civilization must embark on a desperate quest to seek out this vanished dawn, searching for the one force capable of shattering the endless night and restoring hope to a world that has long since forgotten what it means to see the sun.
