Gal to Oyasan

Kotoha is a second-year high school student who pours her boundless energy into three things: excelling in her studies, thriving at her part-time job, and maintaining her impeccable fashion sense. As an independent-minded honor student with a bold gyaru aesthetic, she prides herself on handling life on her own terms. However, her carefully managed routine takes an unexpected turn when she returns to her boarding house one day and discovers that her new temporary landlord is Itsuki, a university student. Far from the stereotypical property manager, Itsuki proves to be exceptionally capable. He is skilled at cleaning, an excellent cook, and naturally considerate of others. His flawless domestic abilities and surprisingly doting attitude leave Kotoha caught between genuine excitement and utter confusion. She never anticipated that the person overseeing her living situation would be so effortlessly charming and attentive. What follows is a lighthearted, peaceful battle of personalities between two very different young people. As the fiercely self-reliant Kotoha navigates her daily responsibilities alongside the warmly accommodating Itsuki, their dynamic begins to shift. Their shared living arrangement sets the stage for a delightful story about boundaries, growing comfort, and the unexpected charm of a university student who has mastered the art of being the perfect landlord.
