Ichijouma Mankitsu-gurashi!

Meiko is a young woman from the countryside who has just enrolled in an elite academy for wealthy girls. To attend this prestigious institution, she was offered a remarkable deal: all of her expenses would be fully covered as long as she participated in specific school activities. Eager to seize the opportunity, Meiko agreed without hesitation, unaware of the unconventional arrangement that awaited her. Instead of standard extracurricular duties, her required participation turns out to be live-in work at a manga cafe. Rather than enjoying a traditional dormitory room, Meiko finds herself making her home inside a single, compact booth within the cafe itself. Surprisingly, settling into such a tiny space proves to be far more comfortable and enjoyable than she ever anticipated. What initially seemed like an overwhelming challenge quickly transforms into a charming new way of life, as she adapts to her unusual living quarters with unexpected ease. Now working alongside other adorable high school girls who staff the establishment, Meiko embraces her unique daily routine. The manga cafe becomes not just her workplace, but her entire world, offering a cozy and entertaining atmosphere. For anyone curious about what happens when academic ambitions lead to an unconventional part-time job, this delightful story invites readers to experience the warmth and charm of a cafe run entirely by its spirited young employees.
