Ghost Heights Kanri Kumiai

Shougo Yanagida is a horror manga artist who has recently relocated to the Ghost Heights Saigou apartment complex. As a creator working within the demanding publishing industry, he is already accustomed to the constant pressure of looming deadlines. However, he quickly discovers that navigating his professional schedule is far from the most daunting challenge awaiting him in his new home. The building houses an eccentric collection of residents whose bizarre daily lives introduce complications he never anticipated when signing his lease. Shortly after moving in, Shougo finds himself unexpectedly appointed as the president of general affairs for the residential community. This sudden administrative burden forces him to step away from his drawing desk and take on the responsibility of managing the building's peculiar affairs. Rather than simply focusing on his own work, he must now dedicate his time and energy to assisting his fellow tenants, each of whom presents their own unique brand of oddity. Balancing the relentless demands of his career as a mangaka with the unpredictable needs of his strange neighbors, Shougo is thrust into a chaotic domestic life where the everyday struggles of property management prove just as unsettling as any horror story he could ever illustrate.
