Rakudai Kishi no Cavalry

In a world where individuals can manifest their souls as physical weapons, modern-day magicians known as Mage-Knights protect society. Kurogane Ikki attends a prestigious academy dedicated to training these elite warriors, yet he possesses virtually no magical talent. Consistently earning the lowest scores among his peers, he has been branded the "Worst One" and forced to repeat an entire academic year. However, the appointment of a new academy director introduces a radical policy designed to maximize student potential through absolute meritocracy: knights deemed compatible by the administration must share living quarters and train together throughout their entire education. Under this strict new mandate, Ikki is paired with Stella Vermillion, a foreign princess and a Rank-A knight whose extraordinary magical genius surfaces only once a decade. Their partnership begins in disaster when Ikki accidentally walks in on her changing clothes, sparking a heated misunderstanding that escalates into a formal duel. The stakes are severe—the loser must pledge eternal submission to the victor. Bound together by the academy's uncompromising rules and the dramatic outcome of their clash, Stella and Ikki must now navigate shared rooms and rigorous daily training, leaving their evolving relationship hanging in the balance.
