This World Is Worth Fighting For

At twenty-five, Ito Kiri has reached the end of her rope. Trapped in the third year of a soul-crushing job she despises, she endures relentless sexual harassment while tethered to a deeply unsatisfying relationship. Sustained by little more than energy drinks and a single, desperate desire to be useful to others, she finds herself staring into an increasingly bleak future with no clear way out. Everything shifts when an anonymous letter arrives one day—bearing no return address and no sender’s name, yet carrying exactly the message she needs to hear: permission to live freely and entirely on her own terms. That simple validation sparks a profound transformation within her. Shedding the weight of her despair, Kiri resolves to fight for a life truly worth living. No longer willing to hold back or pull her punches, she commits to doing whatever it takes to reclaim her future.
