Shoshin is a dedicated photography enthusiast whose life takes an unexpected turn after school one quiet afternoon. Wandering alone, he stumbles upon Ei Ubara, a solitary figure weeping softly while sketching a portrait of a faceless person. Struck by the haunting beauty of Ei’s striking lime-green eyes and the raw emotion of the moment, Shoshin feels compelled to capture him through his camera lens. Determined to make this fleeting encounter into something more, Shoshin searches for Ei throughout the school the following day. When he finally tracks him down, he earnestly asks Ei to become his photographic model. Ei initially declines the request, hesitant to step in front of the camera. However, Shoshin proves to be remarkably persistent, refusing to let the matter rest despite Ei's reluctance. Faced with Shoshin's unwavering determination, Ei eventually decides to negotiate rather than continue resisting. He agrees to consider the arrangement but imposes a specific set of conditions that Shoshin must accept before any photographs can be taken. This delicate agreement marks the beginning of their unusual connection, built on art, persistence, and unspoken boundaries.
