Everyone's Getting Married

Asuka Takanashi is a highly accomplished professional who thrives in her career, yet she quietly holds onto a deeply traditional aspiration: to find a husband and dedicate herself to life as a homemaker. When her long-term partner unexpectedly ends their relationship to focus entirely on his own professional ambitions, Asuka’s carefully envisioned future is thrown into disarray. Left to navigate the emotional aftermath of the breakup, she soon crosses paths with Ryu Nanami, a widely admired television newscaster whose charm and public presence make him one of the most recognizable faces in the industry. Despite their contrasting personal goals, Asuka and Ryu discover an effortless connection and quickly develop a strong rapport. However, a fundamental obstacle stands between them. While Asuka longs for domestic stability and marriage, Ryu is firmly opposed to the institution of matrimony and has no intention of ever walking down the aisle. They are two rational, grounded individuals whose visions for the future are completely incompatible.
