Sachi Asai has long been burdened by what everyone around her considers terrible luck. Her fortunes seem to take an unexpected turn when, after being elected class president, she crosses paths with Hyougo Kurono. With his intimidating appearance and a trail of dark rumors following him wherever he goes, Hyougo is someone most students instinctively avoid. Despite his fearsome reputation, he has been quietly living alone in an apartment, keeping to himself and navigating life independently. However, a careless mistake on Sachi's part upends his fragile stability. When she inadvertently reveals that Hyougo is still a minor, his landlord has no choice but to evict him, leaving the imposing young man without a place to stay. Burdened by guilt, Sachi seeks a solution through her father, who works as a real estate agent. He offers a practical arrangement: Hyougo can move into a vacant detached house managed by their family. This sudden proximity forces the two classmates into each other's lives in ways neither anticipated. As they navigate this unusual new dynamic, Sachi begins to wonder if her lifelong streak of misfortune might finally be shifting—or if drawing closer to the enigmatic Hyougo will only invite more chaos.
