For as long as she can remember, Ritsu has held a deep affection for her uncle’s cafe. However, mounting debts ultimately forced the beloved establishment to close its doors. The loss left Ritsu heartbroken for quite some time, but her enduring attachment to the place eventually sparks a bold new resolve. Rather than letting the cafe fade into memory, she makes the determined decision to rebuild it from the ground up and restore it to its former glory. Just as she begins this daunting journey, an unexpected candidate crosses her path: Shiina, who is widely known around school as the number one troublemaker. Despite that notorious reputation, Shiina possesses a strikingly pretty face and remarkably long, slender fingers—physical traits that Ritsu immediately recognizes as absolutely ideal for a waiter. Seeing the perfect opportunity to staff her revived cafe, Ritsu throws herself into recruiting Shiina with every ounce of energy she has. Yet, convincing the school's most infamous delinquent to serve coffee and pour latte art may prove far more complicated than she ever anticipated.
