Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World

Subaru Natsuki’s ordinary errand to a local convenience store takes an impossible turn when he is abruptly summoned to a fantastical other world. Thrust into an unfamiliar reality, he quickly encounters its extraordinary inhabitants and perils, from life-threatening dangers to silver-haired beauties and mystical cat fairies. What begins as a sudden displacement soon reveals itself to be a treacherous new existence where survival is never guaranteed. Compounding the danger of this strange realm, Subaru discovers he has been granted a deeply burdensome magical ability: the power to rewind time. However, this gift comes with a horrific condition, as he can only activate it by experiencing his own death. This cruel mechanic transforms every fatal encounter into a grueling cycle of suffering, forcing him to endure lethal pain repeatedly just to alter the course of events. Armed with nothing but this agonizing power, Subaru faces an impossible moral dilemma. When someone saves his life in this unforgiving world, he is left desperate to repay their kindness. Yet, trapped in a reality where his only unique contribution requires him to die over and over again, finding a way to protect those he cares about becomes a harrowing test of his endurance and humanity.
