Kashikomi Mousu!

For as long as she can remember, Sayo has harbored a single, unwavering ambition: to serve as a spirit messenger. After years of dedicated aspiration, her dream finally materializes when she is officially assigned a position at a local shrine. Filled with anticipation and ready to fulfill her sacred duties, she travels to her new post, envisioning a place of spiritual reverence and purpose. However, the reality awaiting her is far removed from her expectations. Instead of a pristine sanctuary bustling with divine energy, Sayo discovers nothing more than crumbling ruins overtaken by neglect. Compounding her dismay is the discovery that the shrine's resident priest is entirely devoid of motivation, preferring idleness over his religious obligations. The dilapidated state of the grounds and the apathetic attitude of her superior present formidable challenges for any newcomer. Yet, Sayo refuses to let these discouraging circumstances extinguish her resolve. Rather than surrendering to disappointment, she channels her determination into immediate action. Armed with relentless energy, she sets out to restore the forgotten shrine to its former glory, fully intending to scrub away the decay of the grounds while simultaneously whipping the indolent priest into shape.
