Mikansei Demo Koi ga Ii

Ichika is a strikingly beautiful girl who has just begun her high school life, yet her overwhelming shyness has kept her completely isolated from her classmates. Since enrollment, she has not spoken to a single person, quietly navigating the hallways without forming any connections. Her solitary routine takes an unexpected turn when Yotsuya Takuya, a boy notorious for his rumored past as a delinquent, suddenly approaches her behind the school building. Despite his intimidating reputation, their chance encounter leads them to a karaoke booth together, sparking an unlikely interaction. Ichika soon learns that Takuya’s intentions are surprisingly earnest; he reveals that he picked up a lost item and simply wants to return it to its owner. As she spends time with him, she begins to question whether he truly fits the fearsome image everyone at school believes him to be. Drawn together by this peculiar meeting, the two students begin holding private strategy sessions after school. Bound by a shared desire to realize their respective dreams, they start working side by side. What begins as a simple effort to return a misplaced belonging gradually blossoms into a heartfelt partnership, proving that even imperfect steps forward can lead to something wonderful.
