Fubin BL

Fubin BL is a Boys' Love manga anthology featuring cover art by Suzuki Tsuta, bringing together eleven distinct stories from various creators. The collection opens with "Parsley and Mini Tomato" by Ukino, a whimsical romance between two food personifications who have promised to become delicious enough to be eaten together—though no one seems to want to eat Parsley. Mikage Tsubaki's "Yukiiro Machiboke" follows a doctor named Hanabusa who rescues and treats a filthy street urchin one fateful night, leaving the child fiercely determined to repay his kindness. Other entries include Hideki Kawai's "2-choume no Chiisana Sakana," Sakurabi Hashigo's "Kosha Ura no Natsu," in which a heartbroken Manabu repeatedly meets his secretive upperclassman behind the school building, Yuki Tsuda's "Senaka," Hikari Kiyomizu's "Aishi Aenai Koi Naraba," Zippo's "Mura wo Deta Kara Kuri," and Nozo Itoi's "STAKEOUT." The anthology concludes with several emotionally charged narratives. Haruko Kumota's "Love in Motion" explores the tension between a deeply sadistic gay high school student and a gentle teacher. In "Yasashii Dakeno" by Tsuta Suzuki—a story connected to Konoyo Ibun—a terminally ill patient encounters a mysterious boy. Finally, Takako Shimura's "The First Thing I Do in the Morning Is" delves into complex familial longing, as a character yearns for physical and emotional intimacy from a brother, caught between fraternal affection and romantic desire.
