Suna no Shiro

In 1944 France, a family welcomed two children on the very same day: their biological daughter, Natalie, and an adopted son, Francis. Raised together as siblings, the pair shared a joyful childhood that gradually blossomed into a deep romantic love by the time they reached adolescence. However, tragedy struck before Natalie’s parents could decide whether to bless the relationship. After enduring a devastating series of personal tragedies, Natalie resolves to take in Francis’s orphaned son.
