Dream Rush!

Kuze Mamoru is a young actress brimming with raw potential, yet she has recently fallen into a frustrating pattern of failure. Her struggles do not stem from forgotten lines or missed cues; rather, her performances consistently lack the emotional authenticity needed to truly captivate an audience. When she lands a role in a new television drama opposite the wildly popular young heartthrob Toujou Kazuha, her ongoing issues threaten to derail her career once more. Despite her efforts, she fails to convince the director that she possesses the necessary acting skills for the part. Refusing to let his co-star falter, Kazuha devises an unconventional plan to draw out a genuine, unscripted reaction from her. His strategy proves remarkably effective, allowing Mamoru to deliver a convincing performance and ultimately secure her position on the show. However, the manipulative nature of his methods leaves her harboring a deep resentment toward him. Ironically, this intense friction becomes the catalyst for her artistic growth. Driven by her newfound animosity, Mamoru begins to discover a remarkable talent for delivering powerful, authentic performances that push far beyond the boundaries of the written script.
