The Key To The Fields

In this delightfully twisted retelling of the classic Sleeping Beauty tale, two unlikely rivals share a single, ambitious objective: to awaken a slumbering princess with a kiss. The first is a charming ladies' man, confident in his romantic prowess and accustomed to getting what he wants. The second is a prince who has only recently been freed from a powerful enchantment that once held him captive. Despite their vastly different backgrounds, both men find themselves drawn toward the same dormant royal, each believing he is the one destined to break her spell. However, the path to true love's kiss rarely unfolds as planned. As these two competitors pursue their shared goal, they soon discover that the reality of their quest differs wildly from their expectations. What awaits them at the end of their journey proves to be far more—or perhaps far less—than either man bargained for. Blending humor with unexpected turns, this amusing one-shot reimagines a beloved fairy tale through a slightly skewed lens, delivering a fresh and entertaining narrative where neither suitor can predict the true consequences of waking the sleeping princess.
