Official Details
Keitarou Itsuki is a high school student deeply self-conscious about the intimidating appearance of his eyes. When he finally gathers the courage to confess his feelings to Aoi Tokujira, the girl he admires, she rejects him without hesitation. Convinced that his harsh gaze drove her away, Keitarou visits his older sister at her salon and confides in her about his heartbreak. In response, she gives him a complete makeover—transforming him into a beautiful girl. Left with no choice but to travel home in this unexpected disguise, Keitarou crosses paths with Aoi in town. To his surprise, she fails to recognize him entirely, perceiving him only as a somewhat masculine-looking girl. Before he can slip away, Aoi approaches him with an earnest request: she asks for his help in overcoming a debilitating fear of men that has plagued her for years. Bound by his hidden identity and his lingering feelings, Keitarou finds himself drawn into a complicated web of deception. Additional side stories are included within the series.
