Momoten Musume

Hikaru has always struggled to find her footing academically, constantly living in the shadow of her sister, who embodies the image of a flawless and ideal student. Unlike her sibling, Hikaru finds it difficult to excel in her studies, leaving her feeling inadequate and frustrated by her own lack of progress. Her mother, growing increasingly concerned about her declining performance and determined to see her s쳮d, decides that drastic measures are necessary to help Hikaru improve her grades before she falls even further behind. To address this issue, her mother arranges for private tutoring, but rather than hiring a professional instructor, she enlists the help of someone much closer to Hikaru’s everyday life. Momo, one of Hikaru’s own classmates, is brought on board to serve as her personal tutor. This unexpected arrangement forces Hikaru to navigate the complexities of receiving academic guidance from a peer, blurring the lines between their usual classroom dynamic and their new study sessions. As Momo steps into this unfamiliar role, the two girls must work together to overcome Hikaru’s academic hurdles, setting the stage for a unique relationship built around shared effort and the pressure of familial expectations.
