Aka Ihon to Kuro Ihon

Aka Ihon to Kuro Ihon presents a chilling manga adaptation of select ghost stories from Masaya Hokazono’s acclaimed "Ihon" horror collection. These specific tales were previously deemed too ominous and unsettling for earlier adaptations, leaving them unpublished in manga form until now. Their long-awaited visual realization brings some of the most disturbing entries in the series to a wider audience. To properly capture the deeply unsettling atmosphere of these forbidden narratives, Hokazono personally selected two renowned horror artists, Michiru Noroi and Taimu, to lead the project. Chosen specifically for their extraordinary ability to render psychological dread and supernatural terror on the page, these masters breathe vivid life into the darkest corners of the original collection. The result is a highly anticipated collaboration that finally delivers the most feared stories from the "Ihon" series in a format worthy of their sinister reputation.
