Slow Morning

During their high school years, two individuals quietly harbored feelings for one another, sharing a mutual crush that remained unspoken as they navigated the complexities of adolescence. The fleeting nature of youth eventually led them down separate paths, leaving behind only the lingering memory of an affection that never fully blossomed into a relationship. Time passed, and the innocence of their teenage days faded into the responsibilities and routines of adulthood. Years later, fate intervenes when these two former classmates unexpectedly cross paths once again. No longer the uncertain teenagers they once were, they must navigate the unfamiliar territory of reconnecting as fully grown adults. This chance reunion forces both individuals to confront the unresolved emotions of their past while adjusting to the people they have become in the present. As old feelings resurface beneath the surface of their renewed interactions, they are left to wonder whether the quiet affection they shared in the hallways of their youth can finally find its voice in the slow, deliberate mornings of their adult lives.
