Hilde Takes House Arpeggio

Hilde Ruth’s life takes an unexpected turn when she is forced to stand trial for defending herself against the unwanted advances of a lecherous customer. During the proceedings, she crosses paths with Viscount Logen Strauss, who delivers a revelation that shatters everything she thought she knew about her origins: she is, in fact, the long-lost granddaughter of the formidable Duke Arpeggio. Thrilled by the prospect of finally ascending to nobility, Hilde eagerly agrees to accompany Logen back to her ancestral estate, envisioning a grand and welcoming homecoming. However, her dreams of a tearful family reunion are swiftly crushed upon arrival. Rather than being embraced as a cherished heir, Hilde is met with chilling indifference and issued a strict ultimatum—she must pass a rigorous test to prove she is truly worthy of bearing the prestigious Arpeggio name. Stripped of any immediate privilege and thrust into a hostile environment, she must navigate the unforgiving expectations of high society. With her newfound status hanging in the balance, Hilde faces a daunting challenge to secure her rightful place within House Arpeggio.
