Armed with nothing more than a GED and a single recommendation letter, he enters his new position at a severe disadvantage compared to his peers. Yet, rather than being defeated by his lack of traditional qualifications, he begins to view his colleagues, rivals, and daily tasks through the lens of a seasoned strategist.
