In the desolate expanse known as the Great Ruins, a forsaken territory abandoned by the gods, an ancient and unwavering rule governs survival: never step outside after dark. Within this perilous wasteland lies Disabled Elderly Village, home to a group of frail, aging outcasts who are blind, deaf, crippled, or otherwise broken. Despite their severe ailments, these elders poured their blood and sweat into raising a mysterious infant they discovered abandoned along the riverside, naming him Qin Mu. For years, Qin Mu grew under the careful watch of his unconventional guardians, sheltered from the terrors that emerge when the sun sets. However, destiny demands he face the very darkness they warned him about. On the fateful day night finally descends and shadows swallow the Great Ruins, Qin Mu leaves the safety of his home. As he departs, the Blind elder offers him a peculiar piece of parting wisdom, urging him to become a villain who thrives and undulates freely like the spring breeze. Armed with this strange blessing, Qin Mu steps into the unknown, marking the beginning of his extraordinary journey to forge his own path as a magnificent villain.
