Bug Ego

In a world that appears entirely ordinary, two high school students uncover a startling secret: reality itself contains hidden glitches. Much like bugs in a computer program, these imperfections can be manipulated and exploited to grant the pair extraordinary advantages in their daily lives. What begins as an exhilarating discovery quickly becomes a dangerous game as they learn to bend the rules of existence to their will, using these anomalies to gain the upper hand in ways no one else could imagine. However, tampering with the fundamental code of the world carries immense risk. When the teenagers attempt a particularly absurd and reckless exploit, the delicate balance of their reality shatters. The stunt pushes the boundaries of what is possible far beyond safe limits, triggering a catastrophic chain reaction. Instead of the usual reward, the glitch exacts a heavy toll, leaving one of the students to face devastating and irreversible consequences. As the true cost of their actions sets in, the thrill of manipulation transforms into a desperate struggle for survival, forcing them to confront the terrifying fragility of the world they thought they could control.
