My Hero Academia: Vigilantes

In a world where eighty percent of the population possesses extraordinary superhuman abilities known as Quirks, the path to becoming a licensed hero is fiercely competitive and reserved for only a chosen few. Kouichi Haimawari is an unremarkable college student who once harbored ambitions of joining those elite ranks to protect others. However, faced with the overwhelming odds and his own perceived mediocrity, he has long since abandoned that childhood dream, resigning himself to an ordinary existence on the sidelines of a super-powered society. His quiet life is abruptly shattered following a chance encounter that thrusts him into the dangerous underworld of unauthorized crime-fighting. When Kouichi and a young woman named Pop☆Step find themselves in peril, they are rescued by Knuckleduster, a gritty vigilante who operates entirely outside the boundaries of the law. Recognizing untapped potential in the pair, the seasoned fighter recruits them into his clandestine mission. Suddenly, the former aspiring hero is given a second chance to make a difference, not through official channels, but by stepping into the shadows as a vigilante alongside his new allies.
