Summary

Official Details
In a desolate mountain range so bitterly cold that even tears freeze before they fall, two rival tribes have been locked in the War of Frozen Blood for decades. The Mirde are a clan bound by their faith in eternal life after death, while the Ferbie are feared for their ferocity, fielding women who fight as fiercely as any soldier. In matters of the heart, Ferbie women are known for a love so violently passionate that they are said to devour the men they desire, earning them the ominous nickname "Yukikamakiri"—the snow praying mantises. To finally end the endless bloodshed, the former leaders of both clans forged a pact before their deaths: the next generation's young leaders would be joined in a political marriage of convenience. Now, ten years after that solemn vow was made, the time has come to fulfill it. Yet, as a woman bearing the mantle of Yukikamakiri rises to claim her place, a desperate prayer lingers in the freezing air—may this union receive an eternal blessing. But can true peace ever bloom from a wedding devoid of love? Forcing a calculated alliance upon a people whose very nature demands violent, consuming passion seems destined for tragedy. As old hatreds simmer beneath the ice, the question remains whether generations of bitter enmity can truly be forgotten, or if this fragile promise will shatter like frozen glass.
