I Will Train You

Midori Nishikawa is an ordinary young woman drifting through life without a clear sense of direction or purpose. Concerned about her daughter's aimlessness, Midori's mother persuades her to take up employment at a hot spring inn owned by her aunt. Expecting a simple and undemanding job in a relaxing environment, Midori assumes the work will require little effort. However, she quickly discovers that settling into this new role will be far more challenging than she initially anticipated. Upon her arrival, Midori finds that the existing staff members are less than thrilled by her sudden presence at the inn. Rather than welcoming her with open arms, the employees view her with skepticism, leaving her feeling isolated and unwelcome. Realizing that she must earn their respect and justify her place among them, Midori resolves to abandon her complacent attitude and dedicate herself fully to the demanding work ahead. Determined to prove her worth, she commits to working harder than ever before. Fortunately, she does not have to navigate these difficulties entirely alone. With the guidance and support of Oishii, the dedicated manager of the inn, Midori begins her earnest journey to transform from a directionless girl into a reliable and valued member of the team.
