Summary

Official Details
Caomei serves as a humble lady-in-waiting within the imperial court, spending her days performing menial tasks such as pulling weeds. Yet beneath this unassuming existence lies an extraordinary gift: she is a master of floral styling. In this world, the "healing flowers" worn atop a woman's head are far more than mere ornaments. They bloom as living emblems of a woman's dignity, cherished by the court's ladies as dearly as life itself. Though Caomei once harbored dreams of becoming a formally recognized floral stylist, she long ago resigned herself to a quiet, overlooked life in the palace gardens. Her forgotten ambitions are suddenly reawakened when a high-ranking concubine arrives in a state of desperation, her precious floral adornment suffering from severe decay. Pleading for salvation, the concubine turns to Caomei as a last resort. Drawing upon her intricate styling techniques and the enigmatic power inherent in her own flowers, Caomei steps forward to answer the call. What begins as a single act of restoration may soon reveal that her dormant talents hold the key to saving the entire imperial court from ruin.
