Kanojo wa Rokurokubi

Kanoi Natsuki and her childhood friend Itsuki attend the same school, sharing a bond that clearly extends beyond simple friendship. As a Rokurokubi, Natsuki possesses the supernatural ability to stretch her neck—a trait considered entirely normal by both herself and those around her. However, this unique quirk does not always operate under her conscious control, leading to unpredictable moments that complicate her daily life. Despite harboring deep romantic feelings for Itsuki, Natsuki finds herself unable to confess what is truly in her heart. Her involuntary neck-stretching often triggers embarrassing situations, leaving her to navigate a constant cycle of misunderstandings and personal shame as she struggles to express herself. The physical manifestation of her condition becomes a barrier to the emotional honesty she desperately seeks. Itsuki, for his part, attempts to ease the tension whenever these awkward encounters arise, often managing to dissolve the discomfort with his easygoing nature. Yet, whether his efforts can consistently smooth over every complication remains uncertain, leaving their unspoken relationship delicately balanced between affection and embarrassment.
