Saiyaku wa Boku wo Suki Sugiru

Two families have long been bound by a devastating generational curse. Once every century, one individual from each bloodline is chosen to share a single, inescapable fate for the span of exactly one year. Together, the selected pair must endure twelve harrowing misfortunes, each designed so that whenever one suffers an injury, the other is forced to bear the exact same wound. It is a brutal cycle of shared suffering that has never once allowed its victims to survive. Kagura Izumi lost his parents in a tragic accident when he was just seven years old. In the decade that followed, he managed to build a quiet, ordinary life for himself, far removed from any supernatural turmoil. That fragile peace shatters on his seventeenth birthday with the sudden arrival of Ichijyou Chihaya, a mysterious transfer student whose presence signals the awakening of the ancient pact. Their fateful meeting marks the beginning of a harrowing year bound together by destiny. From that moment forward, Izumi and Chihaya are thrust into a deadly trial they cannot escape. On the thirteenth day of every month, a new calamity will strike, forcing them to confront the curse head-on. As the months unfold, the two must navigate this relentless gauntlet of pain and sacrifice, fighting against a cruel tradition that has claimed the lives of every pair before them.
