Natsume's Book of Friends Season 7

During his childhood, Takashi Natsume viewed his unique ability to perceive youkai as a heavy burden that isolated him from others. Now navigating life as a high school student, he has gradually healed from those early emotional scars, forging deep and lasting connections with both the human and spirit worlds. These meaningful relationships, particularly the one he shares with his powerful spiritual bodyguard Madara—affectionately known as "Nyanko-sensei"—have transformed his once-lonely existence into one filled with warmth and belonging. Yet Natsume's daily life remains intricately tied to a solemn responsibility inherited from his late grandmother, Reiko. He is tasked with returning the names of various spirits bound within the pages of her cherished keepsake, the Book of Friends. This ongoing duty frequently intertwines with his personal journey, drawing an ever-growing number of extraordinary youkai into his orbit. As these remarkable beings continue to seek him out, Natsume realizes that despite how far he has come, the world around him still holds countless mysteries waiting to be understood.
