As the competitions intensify, the narrative increasingly explores the true nature of the "Emperor" title. Numerous mini-tournaments emerge to test rival racers against the legendary Emperor of Yonkuro, steadily building toward an epic climax known as the grueling Rally of Hell. The story also centers on Tatsuya and Kiyoko, a brother and sister who are the children of a scientist working at the Twin X facility. Their lives become intertwined with the high-stakes world of competitive racing as the plot thickens. During the ultimate rally challenge, Yonkuro and his fellow competitors face more than just difficult tracks; they must confront a dangerous group of thugs. These criminals scheme to exploit the skills of the best Mini 4WD racers in order to recover a hidden treasure.
