Shishidou-san ni Shikararetai

Inui Narumi is a junior office worker who finds himself assigned to the direct supervision of Director Shishidou, a striking woman whose intimidating reputation as a merciless boss precedes her throughout the entire company. As he begins working closely under her, Inui quickly realizes that while she certainly possesses the ruthless ambition expected of her high-ranking position when the situation demands it, this fierce exterior only tells half the story. Beneath her stern demeanor lies a surprisingly doting and deeply compassionate superior who genuinely looks after her team. To Inui's astonishment, Shishidou soon begins taking him along wherever she goes, drawing him into her inner circle. This sudden and intense attention leaves him grappling with a delicate dilemma. He must question whether her extraordinary kindness stems purely from a sense of professional obligation toward her subordinate, or if there is something uniquely special about him that has caught her eye.
