Ibara no Koi

During her childhood, the protagonist was widely admired for her charm and stood out as one of the most popular girls among her peers. Amid that carefree time, she developed a genuine affection for a particular boy, carrying those tender emotions with her as she grew. However, everything shifted following a single, defining incident that left an indelible mark on her life. The warmth and confidence she once possessed were abruptly replaced by lingering shadows, fundamentally altering how she viewed herself and interacted with the world around her. Now navigating her high school years, she bears little resemblance to the beloved girl she used to be. Stripped of her former appeal, she struggles with a deep-seated fear of physical contact, instinctively recoiling from the touch of others as a protective mechanism born from her past trauma. Despite the emotional walls she has built and the profound changes she has endured, one vulnerable truth remains constant: her feelings for that same boy have never faded. Caught between the lasting scars of her history and the quiet persistence of her heart, she must find a way to exist in a world that feels far less welcoming than it once did.
